I keep having the same thoughts about two subjects and I couldn't bring it to a vote on which to blog about - so I'm going to address both.
1. I have someone at work who hasn't spoke to me in about 3 weeks. What's funny is I have no idea why because even though I asked the person, they are playing the baby game of talking in code to other people. If you have a problem with someone - address it. My mom told me that when she turned 50 she decided she's putting everything out in the open and she doesn't care anymore. I have adopted the philosophy earlier. I'm going to tell you if I have a problem with you - and I will try to put it as nicely as possible - but you're gonna know. If you don't like me for it - that's on you. Accept the fact that someone is trying to talk to you and that something you are doing is causing them discomfort. You don't have to change, but accept the fact that the person came to you and addressed an issue. Never apologize for being you. My theory about people who have problems with you who don't address them - fuck you. Be a human (man or woman) and go to the person and tell them. They may not like what you have to say - but again, that's on them. At least you made the problem known. At this point, the person at work is being ignored and will continue to be ignored.
2. I've been in a bunch of pain lately. Mostly my left shoulder, sometimes into my lower back. I haven't been sleeping well and feel sick all the time. Is this what I have to look forward to? I go to the doctor's and they tell me everything else sounds healthy - heart, lungs, etc., so why do I feel like shit on a consistent basis? Last night I almost choked to death (for those who are squeemish - stop here) on my own snot. I had a mysterious tickle in my throat which although is probably due to allergies, I attribute to swallowing a spider. It makes it more interesting. I'm tired at work all the time but I push through it. I finally made a pact with myself that when I do have a long weekend or something I take one day and do absolutely nothing. I have even warned my husband of this, so he doesn't get upset. But even with the full day of rest I had, I still feel like crap.

First One
Inspired by my cousin, I'm going to start blogging again.
I don't know why posting stuff in a blog assists me with relaxing, but maybe it's a way for me to get stuff done, get stuff out, not blow up at everyone.
We'll see.
